​​Can you freeze your bakes?

A lot of our bakes freeze well and will last in the freezer for up to a month, these include brownies, blondies, cookies and flapjacks.

What's the best way to place a custom order?

Drop us an email on info@anniesbakesandcakes.co.uk with your enquiry including the collection date you'd like.​

Do you offer wedding cakes?

Yes, we have a few different options for weddings. Take a look at the 'Bespoke Orders' page to see what we can offer.

Do you offer any vegan products?

A selection of our flapjacks in the shop counter are vegan friendly. Depending on demand, we may look to add more vegan products in the future. Please be aware that our vegan friendly products are made in the same kitchen as all other products, so we do not advise these for anyone who has allergies.​

Where do you bake your products?

We are proud to bake all of our products in-house. You will often see us baking in the background when you visit our shop!

What are your opening times?
Our shop counter is open Thursdays 12pm - 4pm, Fridays 10.30am - 4pm and Saturdays 10.30am - 4pm. We take custom orders for collection Tuesday to Saturday, these must be pre-booked with a collection time agreed in advance.

How much notice do you need for custom orders?

This can vary depending on the product you order. Below is a rough guide to the lead times we advise for our products:

• Celebration cakes - 4-6 weeks

• Cupcakes - 2-3 weeks

• Brownie/blondie stacks - 2-3 weeks

• Giant cookies - 1 week

• Traybakes - 1 week​
